I finally concluded that quick wraps, albeit convenient, don’t give me the necessary protection and punching power afforded by traditional hand wraps. 180” Superare hand wraps are durable with the right amount of stretch. Tony Jeffries has an excellent Youtube video on the best way to wrap your hands using 180” wraps. Once you use these wraps correctly, you will feel like you can punch through a brick wall! Fight on!
