I bought these 1 size too small! the exchange was super easy! customer service was incredibly helpful and accommodating! I'd recommend order 1/2 size up for a tight fit (usually what most people prefer for boxing). BUT 1 size up if you want some space in the toe box (aka a more traditional fit)! I usually wear a 5.5 in men's but wanted to go to a 6.5 for these! (I like a more traditional fit and allow for 1/2'' between my big toe and the end of the shoe)
